Purposes
Your data is processed to: receive and process your request; respond to you; arrange a private viewing at your request; direct your request to the appropriate contact; follow up on our relationship with you as a prospect; protect the form against abuse; ensure the security and maintenance of the site.
The information provided is not used for general commercial prospecting separate from the request concerning Villas Manoir Clare. BECI SAS and Barnes may use your contact details solely to respond to your request and follow up on it.
Legal bases
Processing is based on: pre-contractual measures taken at your request to respond to a request relating to the programme; BECI SAS's legitimate interest in security, abuse prevention and the defence of its rights; and, only if general commercial prospecting is added, your separate and specific consent to that end. The checkbox acknowledging this policy does not, on its own, constitute the legal basis for processing.
Recipients
Your data may be accessible to BECI SAS's authorised teams, the persons in charge of the programme, the sales team responsible for responding to you, Barnes, and authorised technical service providers, including the host and the email delivery provider.
Barnes is a recipient of requests relating to the programme in its capacity as the exclusive marketer of Villas Manoir Clare. Barnes only receives the information necessary for the commercial processing of the request. Barnes processes the data received as part of its mission to market the programme and in accordance with applicable personal data protection obligations.
The data is neither sold nor rented. It is only shared with authorised recipients and providers necessary for processing the request.
Hosting and subprocessing

OVH SAS acts as a hosting provider, as part of the services subscribed to by BECI SAS. The site and its data are hosted in France by OVH SAS. Backups of the site are also kept in France.
Retention period
Prospect data is kept for the time necessary to process their request, then for a maximum period of three years from its collection or the last contact from the prospect, unless required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
At the end of this period, the data is deleted from operational tools, in particular email inboxes and any customer relationship management tool used. Copies held in backups are progressively removed in accordance with the documented backup rotation and overwriting cycle.
Security logs are kept for a short, defined and documented period. Emails follow the same retention policy as requests. Backups are kept for a period corresponding to their rotation cycle. Requests to exercise rights are kept for the time necessary to process them and to provide proof of the response given.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data and, where applicable, to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
